Clarity > Choice > Action

A soulsnap opens clarity, which opens choice, and then invites action.

1. Clarity

A SoulSnap gives clarity

Clarity looks different for everyone.

For some people, it’s seeing a repeating pattern they’ve never been able to name.
For others, it’s finally feeling seen — without being analysed or judged.
For some, it’s a quiet inner recognition: “Oh… that’s what’s been happening.”

A SoulSnap often brings:

  • awareness of unconscious patterns or loops

  • insight into emotional dynamics or relationships

  • a new way of seeing yourself without blame or story

  • language for something you’ve always felt but couldn’t articulate

This clarity doesn’t demand change.
It simply shows you what’s already there — clearly.

And seeing clearly changes things.

2. Choice

Clarity creates choice

Once something is seen, you have options.

You might realise:

  • you don’t have to react the same way anymore

  • a belief you’ve been carrying isn’t actually true

  • a dynamic you thought was “just how it is” has another angle

  • you’ve been giving energy to something that no longer fits

Choice doesn’t mean you suddenly know what to do.
It just means you’re no longer stuck on autopilot.

You can pause.
You can respond differently.
You can choose to explore something — or leave it alone.

That choice is where real freedom starts.

3. Action

This is the part only you can do

This step is up to you.

A SoulSnap can be incredibly accurate.
It can feel deeply resonant.
It can even feel life-changing.

But without action, it remains an interesting document.

Action might look like:

  • having an honest conversation

  • setting a boundary

  • sitting with something instead of avoiding it

  • changing a small daily habit

  • asking for support

  • or simply choosing not to repeat an old pattern

There’s no prescribed action.
There’s no checklist.

But this is the moment where insight becomes lived experience.

A simple truth

Clarity opens the door.
Choice shows you there are options.

Action is what actually changes your life.

Reality Check: You can not change your life and stay comfortable. Manifesting, healing, growth requires that you move to a different radio station. A different channel. A new frequency. And there is excitement in the uncomfortable if you choose it. Not fear. Fear is always going backwards. Excitement is always going forwards. So choose your highest excitement, act on it bit by bit and watch your world rearrange. A soulsnap might just be the permission you need to take this action

A SoulSnap supports the first two.
The third is yours.

The power of Metaphors & NSR’s

1. Metaphors are the native language of the subconscious

Your conscious mind argues.
Your subconscious understands symbols.

A balloon sinking, a weight on the ocean floor, a hairdryer blasting your face — these aren’t just images. They’re maps of the emotional and energetic patterns running your life.

When your subconscious recognises the metaphor, it begins reorganising itself instantly.

This is why people feel lighter or clearer within days of receiving their reading.

2. The images slip past resistance and land cleanly

You don’t need to “believe” anything for this to work.

Metaphors bypass:

  • defensiveness

  • overthinking

  • spiritual scepticism

  • childhood wounds around being “told what to do”

Instead, they speak to you in a way that feels safe and familiar.
Your system opens — and that alone starts the shift.

3. Your nervous system responds to imagery as if it’s real

When you see a metaphor, you don’t just understand it logically —
you feel it. Let this sink in. Your nervous system does not understand time as you do. Thats why triggers keep happening from your past. NSR’s (Nervous System Resets) train your nervous system this no longer exists. No need to keep bringing it up.

Your body mirrors the emotion inside the image:

  • heaviness

  • overwhelm

  • stuckness

  • hope

  • relief

  • freedom

This somatic response causes a subtle but measurable energetic reset.

It’s the same mechanism behind EMDR, hypnosis, guided imagery, and even prayer.

4. You receive an energetic imprint, not just a picture

When I tune in, I shift into a calm, neutral, connected space.
The metaphor arrives already carrying a frequency — a kind of encoded clarity.

When you read your message or view the image, your field syncs with that frequency.

It’s like receiving a tuning fork disguised as a story.

5. You see your pattern — and what is seen can finally shift

Most people are stuck because they can’t see what’s running them.
Metaphors expose the emotional pattern beneath the behaviour.

Once your unconscious sees the truth, the pattern loses its grip.

Awareness IS healing.

6. The message also contains the pathway forward. This is the NSR. The fix that happens in your imagination.

Every metaphor naturally includes:

  • the block

  • the dynamic

  • the deeper meaning

  • a specific mini meditation to do when life triggers you that resets your energy

You’re not just shown “what’s wrong.”
You’re shown what your system needs to do next — gently, intuitively, without force.

Your energy field starts moving toward that new trajectory on its own.

7. Your energy calibrates to a clearer field

After my awakening, my own field became more coherent, grounded and aligned.
When you receive a reading, your system naturally aligns with that clarity.

It’s subtle, but powerful:

Your energy shifts →
your emotions shift →
your behaviour shifts →
your reality responds.

This is why people often notice real-world changes within days.

8. You’re given a new internal reference point

A metaphor creates a new way of understanding yourself.

Instead of “I’m overwhelmed,” the image tells you:

“There’s a hairdryer blasting you nonstop — it’s not you, it’s the field you’re standing in.”

Instead of “My son is difficult,” the metaphor shows:

“He’s a balloon tied to a weight. Help him see the weight.”

That one shift changes how you relate to life —
and when your perception changes, everything else follows.

In otherwords:

Your reading isn’t advice.

It’s not psychic fortune-telling.
It’s not therapy.

It’s a symbolic activation:

  • bypassing the mind

  • speaking to the subconscious

  • shifting the nervous system

  • altering the energetic field

  • and creating a new path forward

This is why Metaphor Readings work —
and why they keep helping people long after they’ve read them.

Powerful Metaphors

you may relate too.

The weight of words

Words coming at us from everywhere and everyone…. All the time. They clothe us with beliefs that often don’t fit us. They weigh us down, we don’t feel good in them. We often wear them anyway.

.

Portals do exist now

A simple white paper plane travels through time. It represents a life not fully lived. Moving along. Moving forward but without excitement. without colour. Choice becomes available when a better version of reality is shown. Before that your are identified as the plane. Now you know you have a choice. You can choose a better life

.

The Sculptor

A master sculpture does not build a figure. They chip away what is not needed. They do not stress about what has been let go of, they focus on what it’s becoming. This is about letting go of the past without needing to know the way. It’s one or out biggest struggles as humans. We feel we must understand before we release. But spirit tells us otherwise

.

The Ice Cubes

One of the most powerful metaphors is deceptively simple. Spirit showed ice cubes. They were solid in the freezer. When taken out, they melted.

When returned, they freeze again. This metaphor speaks to how we judge ourselves when we change state.

Feeling strong, clear, grounded → I’m doing well. Feeling emotional, overwhelmed, uncertain → Something must be wrong

But the ice cubes reveal a deeper truth:

Being affected by your environment doesn’t mean you’re any less than. The lesson is simply that you are allowed to exist in many states — without losing your worth, your strength, or yourself.

How To Use - 6 Steps to Success

1

Order a snap - Are you ready

A Soul Snap isn’t something to skim while you’re in survival mode. The information needs room to land. Set aside a quiet moment where you’re not rushing, fixing, or reacting. This is time for you.

2

Insight - Let it land

It may feel simple at first, but there are layers to this onion. Read it with an open mind — without analysing, judging, or trying to fix anything. There’s nothing to do here. Let the insight settle over a few days. Subtle shifts in how you see your story will begin to happen on their own.

3

Integration - Talk about it

This is where the energy starts to move. Talking through your Soul Snap helps bring the metaphors into real life. A follow-up chat with me is always recommended — not to analyse, but to help you integrate what you’re already noticing. This is also where NSRs come into play.

4

Embodyment - Movement

This is the step most people skip — and it’s why they stay stuck, even with awareness. Insight alone doesn’t change patterns. Movement does.

Embodying your Soul Snap means taking real-world action that aligns with the more expanded version of you — even in small ways.

Follow what feels like your highest excitement, curiosity, or truth in the moment. Not dramatic change. Just honest movement. This is where awareness, insight, and embodiment come together. When you act differently, your nervous system updates. When your nervous system updates, your identity begins to change.

You’re not forcing a new personality —
you’re becoming one through lived experience.

That’s the recode. Or as Joe Dispenza puts it — a new personality creates a new personal reality.

5

Nature - Grounds the new you

This step is free, simple, and wildly underestimated. Nature isn’t just “nice” — it’s regulatory. Your nervous system evolved in relationship with land, water, trees, horizon lines, and stillness. It expects that input.

When you’ve had insight, integrated it, and started moving differently, your system needs somewhere to anchor the change. Nature does that better than anything else. Stillness in nature tells the body:

“We’re safe now. You can let this settle.”

Walk. Sit. Swim. Lie on the ground. Watch the light move. No phone. No fixing. No effort. You don’t need to understand this step for it to work.
Your nervous system already does. And yes — it needs this, even if you think you don’t.
Especially then.

6

Permission - Give it to yourself

This is the final step — and it catches a lot of people out. At some point, you have to give yourself permission to be the new version of you. Your nervous system is familiar with the old patterns. Your ego is very attached to the old identity. Neither of them loves change — even when the change is good.

So when things start to feel lighter, clearer, or different, there can be a strange pull to snap back to what’s known. This is where conscious permission matters. You’re not betraying your past self — you’re updating it.

And yes, the nervous system and ego might protest for a bit. That’s normal. You don’t need to fight them. Just don’t let them run the show.
